Unilabs completes the acquisition of Alpha Medical Group

Geneva, Bratislava, London, 20th April 2017. Geneva, Switzerland, based European medical diagnostics leader Unilabs has completed the acquisition of Alpha Medical group from private equity firm Mid Europa Partners for an undisclosed amount. This follows the announcement of the agreement on February 9th, 2017.

The respective regulatory authorities of Alpha Medical’s two operating countries, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, have cleared the acquisition to proceed and the financial modalities have also been completed.
